Shipping Info
 

Please allow 2-5 business days for packaging and shipping. Items will be shipped via USPS with a 2 to 3 business day delivery. All Confirmation tracking numbers will be emailed.

Local Pick Up 

The option for local pickup is available for  Charlotte and surrounding areas.At checkout,  chose the  "Pick Up" option and then email us to receive location and time details. All Payments should be paid before  pickup no exceptions. 

Returned Mail
 

As of October 1, 2018, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping cost for any items that will be re-delivered to you. Please insure shipping information is correct when placing order.  

 

 

 

How can I contact Couriers?
 

If your delivery status says delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported to the USPS claims department.

Have a problem or need to return a item? At Styled by EG  we check all items before shipping to make sure they are in perfect condition and are packaged carefully before sending to you. You may return or exchange any full priced items for full store credit within 7 days of purchase date.

 

Although we can not guarantee   that the item or size will be available to you. Store Credit will be available for size changes or damaged items upon company discretion. ​
